Your credit card should state terms & conditions that you are not liable for any misuse of your card details in any unauthorised transaction.

Making A Purchase

After browsing our catalogue and choosing any items you wish to purchase, simply click on ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details we need to complete your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & Electron.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery times will be dependant on which products you have chosen. The times will vary from next day to usually within 7days. Orders are despatched via a local depot and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery day from Monday to Friday.

Invoice Details

An invoice will be sent after payment has cleared and when the order has been processed.

Guarantee

All of our products come with the manufacturers guarantee of 12 months. Some products may have longer guarantees, please contact us if you should require additional information.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.

Tax

All prices shown are excluding the current rate of V.A.T at 17.5%, which will be added to your order at checkout.

Carriage Costs/Minimum Order

Prices quoted include delivery on orders over £100.

A small carriage charge of £7.50 will apply to orders below £100. Some remote areas may incur a further carriage charge, in this event PSS will contact you before processing your order to agree this charge.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Privacy Policy

PSS (Plumbing Supply Services Limited) do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

Cookies are used on our site solely for the intention of completing your order.

All information is collected lawfully and complies with the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Returns Policy

Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements. If you have any doubt in your choice, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance on the products in the range.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may incur a restocking charge passed on by the manufacturers.

In the unlikely event of goods being delivered damaged or faulty, a collection note will be issued and goods will be exchanged as soon as possible free of charge.

When possible please check goods with the driver and sign unacceptable condition or faulty and return goods with the driver. If not please notify us within 3 working days. If any items are short, please contact us again within 3 working days.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after delivery.
Goods which are not required can be returned providing they are in the original packaging and are in a saleable condition, i-e unopened.

A restocking charge of up to 25% will apply unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.

Also we cannot accept special orders for return or if the items returned are in a damaged condition not reported within 3 working days, they will not be accepted for credit.

Information & Accuracy

All details given including price, colour, size or specification are shown in good faith as given to us by the manufacturers, if for any reason these are not found to be correct, PSS will not be bound to honour any orders given. If a price is found to be incorrect a new price shall be submitted and if this price is unacceptable then the contract shall be cancelled, with a refund if applicable.

Uncontrollable Events & Delays

In the case of a delay caused by a supplier of manufacturer, PSS shall have the right to either suspend or cancel delivery without liability.

Examples of delays include; strike, lockout, riot, working difficulties, transportation delays, fire, or failure of suppliers or manufacturers in delivery times.

Boiler Prices

All boiler prices shown are for boiler only. All flue kits whether standard horizontal or vertical are priced separately for the reason that there is as stated a choice. Please ask if you are not sure, also allowing for extra thick walls where you may need an extension.
