C40
For larger domestic or small commercial applications the C40 delivers a 40kW output from a domestic size wall-hung unit with ultra small flueing. The C40, as with all Keston boilers, has an extremely high efficiency performance of up to 98% SEDBUK A rated. The unit is totally room-sealed and requires no ventilation for the compartment in which it is installed. Flue can be extended 15 metres from the boiler, vertically or horizontally. It has a pump automatic exercise feature to prevent seizure during non-use. CE Marked, British Gas Service listed and manufactured to ISO 9001 -quality assured. LPG option available.

C55

C90
The wall-mounted C90 is fully modulating from 22kW to 90kW and boasts all the benefits of Keston's condensing technology. The C90 has been developed as an economic solution, both in terms of price and space.

The C90 comprises high-efficiency, single pass stainless steel heat exchangers with ultra low emission burners. The boiler can deliver two different flow temperatures at the same time, whilst maintaining low temperature heating output for underfloor or weather-compensated heating.

The C110 is wall-mounted and fully modulating, from 28kW to 110kW. As with all Keston boilers, it has an extremely high efficiency performance of up to 98 per cent.

The dual-flow technology means that the boiler can deliver two different flow temperatures at the same time, whilst maintaining low temperature heating output for under floor or weather compensated heating. This technology allows the boiler to provide two flow and return tapping pairs, for separate connection to heating and hot water circuits.

Keston Boiler's origins date back to 1928 when it's original parent company established itself in the domestic, commercial and servicing industry. Keston has no standard efficiency products in its range and prides itself on quality and innovation rather than undercutting the competition.

The company offers a unique bespoke service in the commercial heating sector with their multiple boiler rigs. The Keston Rigs are delivered to site pre-assembled and incorporate up to five units within a floor standing frame and up to 20 boilers operating in sequence across multiple frames. The 40,55,90 or 110kw boilers can be used in a 20 boiler sequence giving an option to accommodate up to 2,200kw or over 7.5 million btu. A dual boiler wall-hung rig is also available. The units are pre-piped to a single balance header. The balance header includes tappings for air vent; fill point/expansion vessel, drain off and system flow and return. The number and size of system tappings is as per the customer's own specification.

Another unique service is that the rig is also available in LPG.

A small diameter (50mm) muPVC standard kitchen waste pipe is the sole requirement for the innovative new flue and air intake system. Vertically or horizontally, the flue can be extended up to 20 metres from the boiler allowing for easy and hassle-free installation, and up to 60m using 70mm Keston composite flue. The boiler can therefore be sited in the most convenient and practical locations. The standard muPVC waste pipe is a fraction of the cost of conventional flues.
